CRG coordinates supplier outreach, quotation inputs, government communication and delivery follow-through through one responsible prime-contract contact.
We approach manufacturers and distributors against a defined requirement rather than presenting an unverified catalog or promising inventory we do not control.
Part numbers, source traceability, country of origin, packaging, labeling and delivery requirements are addressed during quote development.
CRG can coordinate direct shipment when supported or receive, inspect, label and forward product when the requirement calls for additional handling.
Government buyers and large primes gain a responsive Florida small-business resource for product sourcing, supplier-diversity outreach and selected project support.
Procurement readiness
CRG provides a single accountable point of contact from initial sourcing review through order documentation and delivery follow-through.
For manufacturers and distributors
CRG serves as the government-facing prime contractor. Supplier partners remain focused on product expertise, availability and dependable supply while CRG manages the solicitation and customer-facing workflow.
A disciplined partnership process

When appropriate, suppliers may ship products to CRG for receiving, inspection, labeling and onward delivery to the government destination.
What CRG sources
CRG evaluates exact part numbers, NSNs and solicitation specifications through manufacturers and established distribution channels. Approved equivalents are considered only when the requirement permits them.
Request sourcing support
Government buyers and large primes can send CRG an exact part number, NSN, equipment specification or defined bill of materials. We will review supplier availability, documentation needs, delivery feasibility and whether the requirement fits CRG's current capabilities.
Equipment + installation coordination
When an MRO requirement includes installation, CRG can coordinate equipment sourcing, qualified local providers and government contract administration under one prime-contract relationship.
Complementary capability
While mechanical MRO products remain CRG's primary focus, we also coordinate defined facilities-management requirements through qualified local service providers. CRG provides the government-facing administration, scheduling, documentation and performance follow-through.
Routine janitorial service, specialty cleaning, floor care and common-area support for clearly defined facilities.
Scheduled service coordination, work-order tracking and documentation for recurring facility-maintenance requirements.
Coordination of qualified HVAC, plumbing and other specialty providers when the solicitation permits subcontracted performance.
Grounds maintenance, pressure washing, exterior cleaning and related site-support services.
